EXPERIENCE GIRL PRIDE

EMPOWERING THE FUTURE OF GIRLS WORLDWIDE

BG2 (1).jpg

Who we Are

Girl Pride International (GPI) is a global girls empowerment organization inspired by former First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let Girls Learn Initiative. The following video showcases Founder Sabrina Guo sharing GPI's mission, which is focused on serving socioeconomically disadvantaged, migrant, and refugee girls' intellectual, material, and emotional needs. We help to provide access to resources like education, academic scholarships, mentoring and counseling, ambassadorships, workshops, and other forms of empowerment. Through working with girls from diverse backgrounds and connecting them with resources and other girls around the globe, we foster intercultural dialogue and build bridges across borders, empowering “Today’s Girls to be Tomorrow’s Leaders.”

We strive to build productive relationships with partner organizations to make a positive impact with all of our pursuits.

GP Samburu Built Maternity House

Our Ambassadors Scholarship Program (ASP) has provided 50 scholarships and financial aid packages to Kenya students this past May. In October, we organized an Induction Ceremony to recognize scholarship recipients! 40 Ambassadors aged 7-18 received tuition scholarships, with 10 additional financial aid packages for the furthering of their educational career. Our Community-Building Project, an ASP flagship initiative, constructed a much needed maternity house for new mothers. Stay tuned for more news updates, including how an ambassador has been fighting for her right to education and SAY NO to child marriage.
